This easy nursery decoration transforms a room. A 15" wreath form (super cheap and found at most craft stores in the floral department) spray painted white is the base. Attached are lengths of ribbons from 8-15 inches double knotted for security. Two pieces of double faced satin cross and are tied at four points to secure it to a hook in the ceiling. This lightweight mobile doesn't require a hefty hook, but please make sure it is hung well out of reach of a curious little one.
